The American Right: Defenders of the Revolution
The American conservative is NOT an extremist, but rather the defender of the status quo. The defender of principles laid down by the founders in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. He is the modern day patriot who champions the values laid down in the Bill of Rights. He is often portrayed by those on the left as a radical extremist when nothing could be farther from the truth, for it is they who are the extremists. They are the ones seeking to overturn the principles of the first American patriots. It is they who are unpatriotic, because they are the one fighting against the ideals of the early patriots.Many say that all Americans are patriotic, but that is not true and has never been true. Just as there were many Americans who opposed the first patriots, there are many that oppose today's patriots and these unpatriotic Americans are found on the American left. The left in this country is seeking to overturn the American Revolution and therefore they can be rightly called counter-revolutionaries. They will a times, when challenged, wrap themselves in the flag and claim to be great patriots. This is a lie and goes against their very goal----the overturning of the Constitution as written.
There are times when I wear the badge of extremist proudly, such as when the term is hurled by those on the American left, but when the term is used by those supposedly in the main stream I recoil for I know it is not I who is the extremist; but rather those who seek to radically change this country by overturning the principles laid down in the Constitution. True, the early patriots were extremist, but when the revolution was over and the victory won these patriots became the defenders of the new status quo. Today's patriots follow their lead by continuing to defend their hard fought gains and those who oppose today's patriots are the unpatriotic forces on the American left. And it is these people who seek to re-write or destroy the Constitution and when dealing with them there can be no retreat and certainly no compromise.

Obama's New Bill of Rights
The following changes in the Bill of Rights are desired by many American progressives and I suspect desired by Barack Hussein Obama. The Constitution, I believe, means little to this man who seeks to change an America he has little use for and one he wishes to set aside and replace with one that will fit into what he sees as the New World Order. A order that will be geared toward an all powerful state with little regard to the individual and individual rights. This is the vision, the dream, the hope and change American progressives are striving for; and the existing Bill of Rights stands in their path. Below we have a list, a wish list if you like of what they would have the new Bill of Rights to contain. This is not the dream of your fathers, but could very well be the dream of his father.Amendment I
Pray shall be banned from all public building and public events. All references to God must be removed from public building of any kind and the word "God" shall no longer be used on American currency. Freedom of assemble to express grievances shall be restricted to no more than 10 people unless such groups are assembling under the guidance of labor unions or government worker groups. Freedom of the airways shall be completely regulated by the central government and no anti-government propaganda will be tolerated.
Amendment II
Ownership of all firearms shall be regulated by the federal government or by the existing restrictions found in the United Nations Charter.
Amendment III
The federal government and only the federal government will determine where U.S. Troops can be quartered. Individuals cannot refuse request from the central to quarter troops in their homes.
Amendment IV
The federal government shall have the right to enter and search any home of persons SUSPECTED of conspiring against the central government or any official of that government. Under special circumstances forces from the United Nations can enter private dwellings.
Amendment V
All private property is subject to laws protecting the public good and can be confiscated if deemed to be necessary by the central government. Persons charged with hate crimes or crimes against the state can be deprived of "due process" when such action is deemed to be for the public good and no bail shall be granted.
Amendment VI
Federal jurisdiction can be imposed in all criminal cases with the concurrence of the Attorney General of the United States. An citizen may be detained indefinitely if charged with crimes against the federal government. All citizens of the United States are subject to prosecution in the World Court.
Amendment VII
When rules of common law come into conflict with with the powers granted under recent federal court decisions those decisions will take precedent as will decisions of the World Court.
Amendment VIII
No bail shall be granted to those charged with crimes against the state or crimes against humanity as defined by the World Court.

Rights not granted in this document are reserved to the federal government and to the United Nations.

Obama"s Bill of Rights
Below are the original Bill of Rights. Beneath each of the original Ten Amendments is a liberal interpretation of each (The Obama Dream for America)!
Amendment I
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Pray shall be banned from all public building and public events. All references to God must be removed from public building of any kind and the word "God" shall no longer be used on American currency. Freedom of assemble to express grievances shall be restricted to no more than 10 people unless such groups are assembling under the guidance of labor unions or government worker groups. Freedom of the airways shall be completely regulated by the central government and no anti-government propaganda will be tolerated.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Ownership of all firearms shall be regulated by the federal government.
Amendment III
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
The federal government and only the federal government will determine where U.S. Troops can be quartered.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The federal government shall have the right to enter and search any home of persons SUSPECTED of conspiring against the central government or any official of that government.
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
